Albert Hash Festival 2010
The 4th annual Albert Hash Festival will take place on Sept. 4th, 2010 at Mt. Rogers Combined School lawn in Whitetop, VA. The festival will start at 10am, goes to dark, and will take place rain or shine. Admission is $10 with children 12 & under free.
The line-up for this year includes: Whitetop Mountain Band, New Ballard Branch Bogtrotters, Dale Jett & Hello Stranger, Heather Berry & Dominion Grass, Crooked Road Ramblers, Sheets Family Band, Elizabeth Laprelle, Wayne C. Henderson & Friends, Roan Mountain Hilltoppers and Zephyr Lightning Bolts. There will also be a fiddle workshop and instrument making demonstrations.
Jackson will have his fiddles set up along with many other luthiers including Audrey Hash Ham, Elmer Powers, Buddy Blevins, Chris Testerman and many others...A display of Albert's fiddles will be set up as well.
There will also be concessions, crafts, and cake walks. Bring your dancing shoes!
